Strategic Advisor (Founding)

Guiding long-term direction and alignment

ASTRAEUS is building a place-based platform at the intersection of community, design, and the emerging space economy. We are seeking a Strategic Advisor to help shape the long-term trajectory of the organization as it evolves from a single outpost into a multi-entity system.

This role is not operational. It is directional.

You will work closely with the founder to pressure-test ideas, refine positioning, and ensure that early decisions align with long-term goals. Your perspective will help bridge vision and execution—particularly as ASTRAEUS navigates growth, partnerships, and structural development.

This is an opportunity to contribute at the ground level of a system designed to scale across disciplines and environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input on growth, structure, and phasing

  • Advise on partnerships, positioning, and expansion opportunities

  • Help refine long-term vision and decision-making frameworks

  • Identify risks and opportunities across multiple verticals

  • Offer perspective across architecture, aerospace, or adjacent industries

Ideal Background

  • Experience in architecture, aerospace, venture, or systems design

  • Strong strategic thinking with cross-disciplinary awareness

  • Experience advising founders or early-stage ventures

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and long-term vision building
