Partnerships & Development Lead

Building the network around ASTRAEUS

ASTRAEUS will grow through partnerships. We are seeking someone to help identify, build, and maintain relationships with organizations, institutions, and collaborators.

This role focuses on external alignment—connecting ASTRAEUS to the people and entities that can accelerate its growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partners (education, aerospace, civic, private sector)

  • Develop outreach strategies and relationship pipelines

  • Support sponsorships, grants, and funding opportunities

  • Represent ASTRAEUS in conversations and meetings

  • Help shape collaboration frameworks

Ideal Background

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or outreach

  • Strong communication and networking ability

  • Interest in cross-sector collaboration

  • Ability to operate independently and strategically

Engagement

  • Part-time or contract

  • Can evolve into full-time leadership
