Community & Program Director

Building the human layer of ASTRAEUS

ASTRAEUS is not just a place—it is a community. We are seeking a Community & Program Director to shape the human experience of the first outpost and beyond.

This role is responsible for programming, partnerships, and creating an environment where people actively engage with the future.

You will define how the space operates day-to-day, and how it becomes a meaningful part of the community it serves.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage programming (events, workshops, talks)

  • Build relationships with local and regional partners

  • Oversee membership experience and community engagement

  • Coordinate public-facing initiatives and activations

  • Support the launch and ongoing operation of the space

Ideal Background

  • Experience in community building, events, or cultural programming

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in design, innovation, or future-focused industries

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
