Campus
Earth-First Context
ASTRAEUS begins on Earth. The campus is conceived as a prototype for future space-adjacent environments—grounded in climate, material reality, and operational constraints.
Phased Development
The campus grows through deliberate phases:
Phase One establishes the core system
Phase Two expands fabrication and research capacity with modular additions to fabrication facilities and the expansion of campus with living development centers and town center-style planning
Phase Three explores transferable models for other contexts
Each phase is complete in itself while contributing to a larger whole.
Spatial Logic
Buildings balance proximity and retreat. Outdoor spaces are integral, offering transition, reflection, and recalibration. Materials prioritize durability, tactility, and restraint.
The campus is not a monument. It is a working environment.
