Campus

Earth-First Context

ASTRAEUS begins on Earth. The campus is conceived as a prototype for future space-adjacent environments—grounded in climate, material reality, and operational constraints.

Phased Development

The campus grows through deliberate phases:

  • Phase One establishes the core system

  • Phase Two expands fabrication and research capacity with modular additions to fabrication facilities and the expansion of campus with living development centers and town center-style planning

  • Phase Three explores transferable models for other contexts

Each phase is complete in itself while contributing to a larger whole.

Spatial Logic

Buildings balance proximity and retreat. Outdoor spaces are integral, offering transition, reflection, and recalibration. Materials prioritize durability, tactility, and restraint.

The campus is not a monument. It is a working environment.
